BuildLACCD is the Los Angeles Community College District’s $9.5 billion Building Program. It is funded mainly by bonds approved by Los Angeles Voters in 2001.

Roshanian & Associates Inc. is very proud to be awarded a second contract with LACCD for the Assessment and Development of  LACCD Standards Consultant Services Master Contract (MATOC), to be issued on a task order basis. With a long history of involvement in A&E projects for LACCD, R&A will be responsible for providing the following Energy Efficiency services:

Energy modeling, Zero Net Energy Buildings, Campus Wide Energy management systems, Standards for electrical vehicles charging stations, HVAC Systems, Lighting and Controls, Emerging Technologies-Fuel Cell and Combined Heating Power, Renewable energy-Solar and Battery Energy Storage
