BuildLACCD is the Los Angeles Community College District’s $9.5 billion Building Program. It is funded mainly by bonds approved by Los Angeles Voters in 2001.

Roshanian & Associates Inc. is very proud to be awarded a third contract with LACCD for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering services contract (MATOC), to be issued on a task order basis. With a long history of involvement in A&E projects for LACCD, R&A will be responsible for providing the following services:

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering Services, including: Preparing or review reports, designs, specifications, drawings, and, Conduct site visits including, review contractor submittals, review drawings, specifications and cost estimates for the mechanical/ plumbing (including HVAC) disciplines. Review As-Builts, Assist with system start up and Commissioning as necessary and Assist with agency approvals. Feasibility Studies, Investigate and recommend new design concepts and technical developments, review site conditions and provide analysis and recommendations.
