The Westfield Oakridge Mall is located in the City of San Jose, Northern California. The project goal was to renovate the existing mall.

Roshanian and Associates, Inc. provided:
Demolition and reconfiguration of existing spaces, Converting existing spaces into 9 inline tenants, New Toby Keith Tenant and one new Kiosk. All Core & Shell MEP engineering Construction Documents as related to tenants were completed. The mall’s ceiling reconfiguration required new outdoor lighting Reconfiguration of existing electrical service was also included in the scope.
