Project Summary

The large High School Campus is located in Long Beach, California. The master planning envisioned Nine New Buildings, Modernizations of five existing building and Interim Housing Villages:
48 portable buildings for two Interim Villages
Six New Small Learning Communities (SLC)
New Food Service
New Student Store
New Pool Building
New Athletic Fields
The Modernization of Administration, Library, Auditorium, Gymnasium, and Science Buildings
New 5KV Electrical Service.
The new HVAC systems envisioned Two Central Plants.
The Plumbing system to consists of underground utilities for MAT foundation, a compressed Air-System, and an Industrial and Acid waste system. The campus has a new 5KV Electrical Service and Medium Voltage Power Distribution System as well as New Safety and Technology systems.
