Santa Monica Place, Arclight project consists of the new construction of the Arclight Movie theater in the city of Santa Monica.  Arclight project is LEED Gold Certified under USGBC and 2013 Cal Green.
LEED Enhanced commissioning and LEED Consultancy for the project. Solar PV systems was installed on the roof of city owned parking structures to provide the renewable energy source for the project.
