Project Summary

This project’s goal was to enhance the school’s infrastructure by creating a functional and efficient exhibition space that supports educational activities and improves the overall viewing experience.

Roshanian and Associates, Inc. provided:

Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing), and related engineering services for the proposed mezzanine space. The primary goals of our firm included:

  1. Design and Coordination: Create detailed construction documents for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, ensuring integration with existing utilities and compliance with regulations.
  2. Energy Efficiency: Incorporate energy conservation measures, following Title 24 standards for lighting and mechanical systems.
  3. Construction Support: Offer support during the construction phase, including responding to requests for information (RFIs) and reviewing submittals.
