Plymouth Rock Studios was a proposed film and television production studio in Massachusetts. The proposal included fourteen sound stages, 10-acre back lots, a multipurpose theater, a hotel, and offices.

Roshanian and Associates advised on the design criteria of MEP systems. This included set lighting systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. Additionally, cost assistance for stage-related MEP system budgeting was provided.
