Project Summary

The site consists of new 86,500 SF, steel framed, three-story buildings at the existing campus including 48 classrooms, a multi-purpose room, and food service facility.
A New 26-unit Interim housing and parking lots are used for transition from existing configuration of structures being replaced with new buildings.

Roshanian and Associates, Inc. provided:
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Design, Preparation of Construction Documents, City Approval, and Support for Bidding and Construction Phase for HVAC, Plumbing, Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, and Technology/Signal systems. New HVAC systems consisted of rooftop package units and split heat pump systems. A new Electrical Service and Power Distribution System, as well a New Telecommunication Center to house all Campus Safety and Technology headend systems were designed. The specified LED lighting fixtures and controls were used. The Rerouting of Power, Signal and Gas systems to keep buildings in different phases operational was carefully planned. New Interim Housing were submitted and approved by DSA.
