The new Police Station includes the 21,520 SF police facilities plus a service building, fueling and wash rack, and a 101,400 SF public works yard with 24,000 SF of offices, shops and warehouses.

The building, located in the industrial area of the city, was constructed within a very tight budget using tilt up concrete panels for exterior walls and steel braced frame with a composite steel/concrete roof deck. A community/EOC room, dispatch center, holding facility and exercise room available to all city staff were also components of the project.
