Roshanian and Associates, Inc. has been chosen by LACCD for the Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing Engineering Services contract (MATOC), to be issued on a task order basis. R&A will be responsible for providing the following services:

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering LACCD Services, including: Preparing or review reports, designs, specifications, drawings, and, Conduct site visits including, review contractor submittals, review drawings, specifications and cost estimates for the mechanical/ plumbing (including HVAC) disciplines. Review As-Builts, Assist with system start up and Commissioning as necessary and Assist with agency approvals. Feasibility Studies, Investigate and recommend new design concepts and technical developments, review site conditions and provide analysis and recommendations.
