Pinetree Elementary School is located In City of Santa Clarita, California. The project includes a new one-story Administration building, a new two-story building containing 24 classrooms and a new one-story building composed of 2 kindergarten classrooms.

Also included is a Temporary Housing/Facilities (2 offices), and the Modification of four Restrooms for ADA Compliance. Rerouting of existing Electrical Service primary ducts, addition of Site Power Lighting, Fire Alarm and a new LAN room in the library building was also part of the scope.
