Seismic Mitigation Project required the demolition of existing Gymnasium Building, Multi-Purpose Building, and 19 Classrooms Building, which layed in a seismic fault rupture zone. The new site configuration included a new Gymnasium Building, a new Multi-Purpose Building, and a new Classroom Building and resolved the exterior massing.

The Design of Site Utilities Relocation & Rerouting included Electrical, Fire Alarm, and Safety and Technology Systems was required to adopt the new site configuration. Additionally, connection of Site Utilities and Safety & Technology systems to existing temporary re-locatable Classroom Buildings were implemented.
