1st Elementary School is located in the City of Los Angeles, California.

Interim Housing is designed in Phase 1 of the project. The Phase 2 modernization project includes new 10 classrooms, new food service, and new indoor dining, The existing building also get seismic retrofitting. Renovation of existing parking garage, a new lunch pavilion, ADA and path of travel upgrades also part of the scope.
